Program Business Development Specialist membuka kesempatan pada para mahasiswa untuk memiliki keahlian Business Developer, Digital Marketing Manager atau Digital Agency. Paket Pelatihan ini berjenjang 6 bulan ekivalen 20 SKS meliputi keterampilan Digital Literacy Skills, E-Business Development, Social Media Administrator, Digital Branding, SEO dan SEM, Digital Marketing Management dan Digital Leadership. Setelah menyelesaikan pelatihan, penugasan project, peserta akan memperoleh 2 sertifikat, yaitu : Certificate Of Completion berstandar IDUKA, skema Digital Business Development dan Certificate Of Competence Skema Digital Marketing Manager berstandar Badan nasional Sertifikasi Profesi ( BNSP ).
Keahlian ini sangat dibutuhkan di era digital ini, Bersumber dari katadata.com (2022), Jobstreet mencatat, permintaan perusahaan akan tenaga IT dan digital meningkat 34%. Lowongan kerja untuk tenaga pemasaran digital naik 66%, penjualan ritel/umum 49%, dan pemasaran/pengembangan bisnis 41%. Sedang data dari Kementerian Koperasi dan UKM, potensi penetrasi pasar digital di Indonesia baru mencapai 7%, sementara 93% lainnya adalah Pemain Asing. Karena itu bagi mahasiswa yang ingin membuka startup business memiliki peluang yang besar untuk ikut dalam pengembangan digital di Indonesia.
Program Studi Independen Business Development Specialist akan dilaksanakan dalam bentuk synchronous dan asynchronous dengan mengikuti online meeting maupun menyaksikan video pembelajaran. Aktivitas pembelajaran dimulai dengan tahap peningkatan keterampilan (Skill Boosting Stage) bertujuan untuk mengupgrade kecepatan dan produktivitas digital skill serta memberi pengalaman pada peserta membangun start up bisnis seraca mandiri. Selanjutnya tahap pendalaman keahlian (Deepening Expertise Stage) meliputi aktivitas pembelajaran individu yang menekankan productivity, problem solving, collaboration dan digital managerial skill dan pengembagan diri menagani klien usaha yang lebih besar (project kelompok).
SYARAT PESERTA
- Mahasiswa aktif semester 5 atau 6
- Berasal dari jurusan Sistem Informasi, Manajemen Bisnis, Ekonomi Pembangunan, Kewirausahaan, Perbankan, Pemasaran, Digital Business
- Peserta memiliki peralatan Laptop, Handpone, Paket data, Tools dan 2 akun sosial media dengan follower diatas 500
- Memiliki pengetahuan yang cukup seputar penulisan dan leterasi digital
- Memiliki kemampuan komunikasi verbal dan atau visual yang baik
- Bersedia bekerja sendiri maupun dalam kerja team
- Memiliki inisiatif (self driven)
